Sky Garden
As the name indicates, this luxury residential tower proposes, both in the facades and in the internal spaces, the continuous dialogue with the natural elements that characterize the shores of the Mediterranean: wind, sun, colours of the sea, its coasts and beaches.
A variety of luxury apartments are served by restaurants, event space on the roof, hanging gardens, swimming pools, SPA, and other facilities, all with large balconies that ensure complete continuity of greenery.
Vertical Energetic Village.
The shape of the tower was designed to offer clients different possibilities of use both residential with apartments of different sizes, club houses, spas and restaurants, and as a hotel or office structure, thanks to its dual distribution of vertical connections.
Its small size in width allows to create apartments overlooking both sides.
The greenery’s design, which includes plant walls and external gardens, creates vertical continuity characterized by seasonal blooms alternating with shrubs and trees typical of the Mediterranean environment in a continuous relationship with nature.
Services for collective use and hospitality are integrated into a series of gardens on the ground floor, which enhance their features.

Sustainability
To achieve a zero-energy balance, the tower utilizes the most innovative sustainable energy production and recycling technologies, including photovoltaics, the green component, rainwater storage, and water reuse for internal use.
