The World of the OASIS
In Spielberg’s film set in a dystopian future in 2045, the OASIS (Ontologically Anthropocentric Sensory Immersive Simulation) is a virtual reality platform where humanity retreats to escape the collapse of the real world.
The OASIS system, conceived as an alternative to the city, which sometimes tends to divide rather than gather, aims at creating concrete micro-realities based on a multifunctional model of aggregation that promotes new social links within an urban ecosystem involving various actors.

OASIS seeks to recreate human bonding by designing public connecting spaces equally distributed. The buildings embody a new conception of sociality and sharing, thus promoting a new form of local governance in constant evolution.

The Vision of the OASIS
Soil, energy, water, biodiversity, living together are integrated into a systemic vision to achieve new societal realities. Oasis offers flexible and modular solutions to regenerate the territory with a nature-centred approach, both in urban planning and in buildings.

A new conception of sociality
Faced with the challenges of urban resilience, Oasis is organized around green and blue frames to restore water cycles and biodiversity. The system is developed around a central biodiversity corridor, respecting the soil and living of the existing environment.
